No longer has a dedicated fryer, but they can use an air fryer with parchment paper (I do have some concerns about the fan blowing crumbs though). I asked if the lunchmeat was gluten free and the response was "should be". Unfortunately, as a celiac, I don't feel as safe here after the change in ownership. They still do have several GF options and they are marked on the menu so still a good option to have, but have a discussion with whoever is preparing your food to make sure you feel safe.
