Server was extremely knowledgeable, and asked about allergies the moment we sat down. She confirmed what cocktails were celiac safe, they had a gluten free fryer and detailed everything I was able to eat. The fried chicken was delicious!

Waiter knew immediately what celiac was and was able point of GF options. GF bun was dry, as usual, but held together nicely and the smash burger was very tasty. Fried chicken was also great. Coktail was good, too!

Great options for GF. The staff were very knowledgeable and informed me they have a dedicated fryer and the owner is celiac. I had the crispy spicy chicken burger with the gf bun, truffle tots and fresh greens salad. Everything was amazing.

Awesome! The General Manger has Celiac, and she even came to the table to speak with us. This place is amazing for not just gluten free but ALL allergies. The highest of high recommends!

SO AMAZING - there were only 2 things on their menu that they could not accommodate GF. The GF parmesan truffle tater tots - wow. This should be de rigueur for a visit to this place. I had the portobello mushroom sandwich, one of DD's fried chicken pieces (she didn't want the caviar), and some of DH's parm truffle tater tots. WOW. The only sad thing is - the GF mac and cheese is usually for dinner, not lunch!

So good, a celiac employee spoke with me to explain the menu and how they make food in the kitchen safely. Dedicated fryer, use of skillets instead of the flat top, gluten free buns, there are lots of choices. We had the fried chicken and homemade chips -chef’s kiss-

This little restaurant/bar is a nice location in the heart of gas town. I let the waiter know about my gluten allergy and she kindly accommodated. They have separate fryers and GF buns available. The food was rather meh however by the location and accommodation alone, I would recommend this place.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Many gluten-free options and can accommodate if changes need to be made. Theu have a dedicated fryer for gluten-free. The Pourhouse Burger, french fries, and truffle tater tots were all excellent and came with a gluten-free bun. The GM has celiac and brought our food out personally. Our waiter, Mike, was very friendly and told us about good places to visit in the area. Highly recommend The Pourhouse for those with celiac.
