I ate here and got extremely sick (throwing up) an hour after eating. I informed the water of my celiac allergy as well. It was either the gf pasta cooked in normal pasta water or the candied almonds in my salad were dusted in flour. Such a bummer because I love this restaurant

Server was not knowledgeable about gluten. Very limited options. Used to be one of my favorite spots before I found out I have celiac.

They are very nice and delicious just very limited options.

NOT safe for celiac! Cross contamination running rampant-very unhelpful server. Won’t go back. In addition it was very loud and they were playing rap music. Not a pleasant dining experience at all.

I live right behind Prato and my experience hasn't been good. The restaurant staff is very disrespectful and love to run gossip in their establishment and about me. They say a lot of untrue things and constantly make up stories. I'm sure their service reflects this behavior and for that reason I don't eat at this restaurant or order food from them. This type of behavior is unacceptable and even though i have brought it up with the management, they have done nothing to resolve the problem.

Very good gf Pasta BUT make sure that you tell them that your gf diet is serious. I was sick after my last visit. When I told them, the waitress told me that if I don't tell them it's serious they sometimes cook it in the water of normal pasta!! Couldn't believe it! She did not even see the issue.

They make their own gf pasta and it is delicious. All ingredients used in the restaurant come from local growers. everything is fresh. soups are always gluten free and their menu offers plenty of other gluten free options. they do not have a dedicated gluten free menu because their menu changes with the season. we sat at the bar and the bar staff was very knowledgeable about what was and was not gluten free. I can't wait to go back!!!
