They label much of their to-go food with big gluten free labels. However, in small print below the label it states “may contain traces of gluten.” So if you’re in a hurry to catch a flight and don’t read the label thoroughly, you’ve got yourself a $18 entree that is not gluten free. Threw my food in the trash before I boarded the flight because I have celiac disease and eating glutinous food with a long day of flights ahead is not tolerable.
