Review of Prost Wine Bar & Charcuterie

The owners reportedly have gluten intolerances. They make their own GF bread in house. The food is well presented and delicious. Our server reported that they disinfected the line prior to preparing our food. My son’s celiac disease and peanut allergy was well accommodated.
