We had a build your own charcuterie board and a sandwich on gluten free bread that we split. The food was delicious. The waitress was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free on the menu and what wasn't. She also said she told the kitchen that it was being prepared for someone with celiac disease without us having to ask. They also had gluten free flags on our food when it came out. Highly recommend you try this restaurant if you're visiting Frankenmuth!

Our waiter, once aware of celiac at our table, went through the whole menu with my partner and also indicated he would talk to the kitchen. He then followed up with us indicating that he spoke with the kitchen. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding, and we both had an excellent time!

We came here based on the great reviews on this app. When we opened the menu, first page said cross contamination could occur. And, the menu didn’t outline gluten free options. The server did indicate owner is celiac and they try to keep everything separate. She told us about gluten free options. We got a surprise when our bill came and the GF bun was $2 extra; this isn’t mentioned in menu.

I am very happy with my experience at Prost. They made fresh GF bread to go with our Charcuterie board. In the middle of our visit my daughter didn’t feel well SL the h rushed my entree and quickly had it ready to go. The AvocadO BLT was delicious! I had it made with no cheese or sauce. Still very tasty! The waitress specifically told us that most of the menu could be made GF. She was extremely helpful.

My wife and I heard of this place for a few years now but never went. This year a girl told us that the place is really good with gluten free items because one of the owners was a celiac. We decided to go and even though it was a wait to get in, it was fun and fantastic. The staff is super knowledgeable about the items. We got to make our own charcuterie board and it came with gluten free bread. The lady behind the bar said the owners couldn’t have gluten and decided if they had a restaurant they wanted to be Abel to eat in their own place. My wife being celiac never gets to share with me when we go out. But this time was super happy to be able to share the charcuterie board

Had a great meal this evening! Waitress was fantastic with my dietary restrictions. I’m gluten, dairy & egg free. She came back after we ordered to tell me that the dressing on my salad had egg whites in it and let me know which ones I could pick from. Food was excellent. Will definitely return when we’re in the area.

Owner has Gluten Ataxia like myself which means exposure to gluten causes brain damage. They take it very seriously and it is the straw that convinced my husband to move to Michigan so we WILL be back. Awesome to be able to eat out and feel safe! Ask for Erin as she is a really fun and energetic waitress!

Came here 3 times when visiting family for a week. The only thing on the menu they can’t do gluten free is the pesto. Was so amazing to partake in charcuterie at a restaurant. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

I’ve eaten here a couple times and I love how much they take care of people with allergies & other special dietary needs. They even do takeout charcuterie boards which is really cool for people looking to stay safe at this time. Pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. The charcuterie boards come out with delicious gf bread if requested. I highly recommend the prosciutto, soppressata, summer sausage, port wine derby cheese, le roulé garlic & herb cheese & balsamic onion jam. So impressed with this place & looking forward to returning to try more goodies.

Excellent food! Owners are Celiac. I had GF bread with charcuterie and was even able to order a panini on wonderful bread! Also shared a couple desserts! Amazing place!

We went in because of all of the positive reviews and it didn’t disappoint. We walked in and asked about their gluten free options and they told us that anything on the menu can be adapted or already is gluten free. I ordered a French Dip which was absolutely fantastic. I hadn’t had one in years and it was completely worth it.
Yes
They do not make their own GF bread onsite - but rather heat it up by carefully wrapping it in foil. The chef came out to talk to us. They do not have a dedicated prep area but said they would clean it down. Food was good.
Yes
Highly recommend. Great selection and house made gluten free bread. Very knowledgeable staff.
Very much enjoyed the house made gf bread, especially with the whitefish dip. Loved the food and drinks here. We will definitely be back!

I ordered a charcuterie plate. Waitress was knowledgeable and offered tortilla chips and great gf bread that was toasted separately. I did not get sick. It was a relief to have an option here.
Yes
The owners reportedly have gluten intolerances. They make their own GF bread in house. The food is well presented and delicious. Our server reported that they disinfected the line prior to preparing our food. My son’s celiac disease and peanut allergy was well accommodated.
Yes
Excellent food, celiac friendly. Server was very knowledgeable. No cross contamination and lots of options!!!
Yes
Great food. Virtually every thing on the menu could be substituted for gluten free. What an amazing place!
Omg a place that has knowledgeable staff and great options! This is my new go to place in Frankenmuth! House made gf bread, corn chips and so many choices!
Yes
great food, gluten free options, friendly and professional staff.
EVERYTHING on menu can be made gf!!!!!! no skimpy choices as usual!: gf bread very good. ( just watch gluten removed beer...) very good place.
Yes
I think this restaurant is great. Very knowledgable staff. They don't have a specific gluten free menu you just tell them that you are gluten free and they will take great care of you.
Yes
After a very bad experience up the street at the brewery, this restaurant saved the day! They said"anything can be made gluten free" and they didn't disappoint! I got the classic panini and it was the BEST SANDWICH I have had since being diagnosed celiac! I am going back for another before we leave because we live 6 hours away and I will miss that sandwich. Thanks Prost!!!
Yes
Menu boasted "anything can be made GF". Waiter also said the same thing. So I ordered a panini but asked that they clean the grill before preparing my sandwich. I explained that if there is any non GF bread on the grill and it gets on mine I will be sick. I told the waiter if they cannot or will not clean the grill then let me know and I will choose something else. The bwaiter came back and said they couldn't guarantee it ( which told me they didn't want to clean the grill) so I chose a salad. The salad was good but gosh I eat a lot of salads and this place marketed themselves as a GF place and that is the sole reason we went there. On the up side the chocolate GF cake was good. We were visiting the area but I would not go back if we visit the area again.

the best sandwich iv ever had.

Was delicious. They have salads, Appetizers, paninis and yummy gluten free beer. The waitress said the owners were gluten free so they can make ANY of their dishes gluten free. The staff was knowledgable and friendly. The atmosphere was great. Very impressed by this place.
