Absolutely my favorite bakery in town. They offer not inly several delicious gluten-free desserts, but also address other allergies (egg, dairy, etc). They never disappoint.

I had the lemon, raspberry cake. So yummy! Lots of GF options! The raspberry cheesecake was delicious too!

I adore this place, it's the best for gluten free desserts when you're craving something fancy and decadent. Their cheesecakes are SO good. I told the server I am celiac and he prepared my food on a freshly cleaned countertop with dishes from the washer, a full "allergy protocol".

What a gem! Without pre-ordering I bought a whole gluten-free Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake to celebrate my birthday. They even wrote a custom Birthday message. It was absolutely delicious, very rich & flavourful, definitely not your average cheesecake! I couldn’t tell the crust was GF, it had a good texture, (if you’re extremely discerning and are used to wheat flour products you might notice). There were several GF options for cheesecake as well as many other bakery items, such as a GF Chocolate Torte. You can buy an individual portion or a whole cake. I was lucky I arrived in the afternoon and there were still several choices available for a whole cheesecake. They took the time to educate us on how to transport and ‘care’ for it.

I’m dairy free as well, I took a couple of lactaid tablets with it & didn’t react.

This is a high-end, high quality bakery, clean and inviting inside. It’s located in downtown Bellingham, very easy to get to off the Main Street. Great ambience, I will go for wine and dessert next time.

(It was a 90 degree day & I was driving across the border to Vancouver with it. I put the box in an insulated bag, it wasn’t cool enough so I bought ice & put it in a baggie which I put next to the box and it worked. It stayed cool enough for the 1 1/2 hr drive before it went in the fridge!)

Oh my gosh!! Glorious desserts! ♥So many gluten free desserts to choose from! All of the desserts looked amazing!! ♥ I have celiac disease and I'm happy! Finally a bakery with many beautiful options! ♥

The restaurant is pretty inside. Perfect for when you need a little pampering. The service was excellent! We went there for Valentines Day!! ♥

We showed up on a meeting Monday afternoon searching for a good GF pastry. We were not disappointed.. beautiful decor with the French Cafe appeal. We ended up buying $75 worth... Yum

I had a hard time deciding what to get for Christmas dessert. So I got the gluten-free peppermint cheesecake and got a slice of the eggnog cheesecake and a slice of the caramel pecan torte. The eggnog cheesecake is really good. The staff is friendly and the place is very nice inside. Highly recommend. They can make most cakess gluten-free, but of course you have to pre-order..

Unbelievable assortment of GF desserts. And their coffees are amazing too! Super busy most of the time. My partner has never been dosed here frequently 😳. Let the server know you’re celiac, though, and they’ll be extra careful with tong, knives, etc.

When ordering, care was taken to package gluten free items separately from non-gf items. GF options have all been delicious. Rotating cake offerings by month. Serves coffee, tea, espresso drinks, beer, wine & champagne. I’ve eaten in and taken out food from Pure Bliss for years and have never had an issue. Their variety of gluten free options is expanding.
