I always have a good experience at Qdoba. The staff will immediately wash hands and change gloves the moment you say "celiac." Everything is kept clean and organized. The only disappointment at this location is that they don't have impossible meat. Everything else is great!

Staff patient and accommodating, happy to change gloves for bowl. Disappointing chips are no go.

First time every, staff was very friendly and helpful. They changed their gloves without me asking and shared what was gluten free. I had a burrito bowl. Only disappointment was that the chips were not gluten free.

This is one of the best Qdoba’s. They do a lot of business and the food is always freshly cooked. You build your meal as you go through the line.

Today, we had the best experience at any Qdoba! It was in Rapid City, SD and I asked the gentleman if he could change his gloves because my daughter has celiac! He not only changed his gloves, but made everyone else change their gloves and then packaged up hers separately! He was so amazing and when we told him “Thank you” for the last time he replies “no worries, I know it’s more than just an intolerance and don’t want her to get sick”!
Again, when we asked if he could change his gloves because of celiac, he was amazing!

Told the girl I was gf, she immediately took off her gloves, washed her hands and put on new gloves. The cashier was knowledgable in what I could/could not have. No tortilla, no chips and no spicy sauce. I was able to get a rice bowl with chicken and queso. Not much I could not eat. No reaction. Very good experience.
The staff will prepare your food using fresh ingredients from new bins. Some staff will try to argue and say they are all trained to not touch the spoon to the tortillas. That may be true but I have seen them do cross contamination that way and with touching using their hands. One manager in particular will argue with you. It sucks but I love me a burrito bowl lol just stand your ground if you are celiac. Calling ahead is best because I have gone in before and waited in a very long line, only to get to the front and be told (by that same manager who always argues) that they would need to serve the other customers first. I ended up leaving. UPDATE: Just tried to come back here and was explaining how I needed the ingredients out of fresh bins because even the utensil touching the tortilla would make me sick. He then proceeded to throw every utensil from the bins to the side and throw in new ones and then asked what I wanted. I will never come back to this location, it was unprofessional and rude

As long as you make your requests known for them to follow their gluten-free procedures my daughter, who has celiac, has never had an issue.
Yes
So good and so many choices. Lots of protein and topping choices for burrito bowls and quick friendly service

Enjoyed a delicious and safe bowl! The staff changed their gloves, and I used the online ingredients to know what was safe - Guac and queso were so good and portions were a good size!

I stopped here before my flight and felt safe. I asked what items had gluten and they confirmed only the tortillas, chips, and brownies. I made a bowl and they grabbed fresh rice for me to help avoid cross contamination.

I mentioned I was gluten free, the gal helping me asked if I would like her to change her gloves. I said yes please. She also grabbed multiple little cups to scoop the items I selected for my bowl. They told me the seasonings on the meat selections were gluten free but the chips and tortillas were not cause they were fried in the same oil as other things. They were very understanding and helpful. And the gal even put the little cups in a different area for each item that hadn’t had anything scooped out of it so I would be safer to avoid cross contamination. Happy with their knowledge.

Everything seems to be gluten free except for the our tortillas. I always order a bowl. I have eaten here 15+ times and have never had a bad experience.
