Friendly waitstaff but no gf menu. I got eggs and home fries that were delicious. No gf bread or other options

The staff was very friendly and was happy to go back and check to make sure what I was ordering was GF. They had a GF menu, but it is brand new, so she wanted to double check for me. The salad bar is well maintained and the rolls & croutons are separated to avoid cross-contamination.
