I have gone here since before I had to switch to gluten free, and they have always been super helpful. When I had to switch and had to ask a lot of questions, they were super patient, answered everything, and told me exactly what I could have, which was pretty much anything on the menu. I was reassured that they would take every precaution and make sure that I would not get cross contaminated. They even have a dedicated fryer so it’s one of the only places in town to get gluten-free French fries.

I was relieved to find such an amazing place with such knowledgeable staff. I’m never worried about getting sick when I go here and I recommend it to anyone that worries about cross contamination!

Just... WOW! This is absolutely the best BBQ I've ever had. The portions are huge. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff was safety conscious and extremely friendly. Everyone seemed to be happy working there. They were super conscientious about making sure my order was gluten free and avoiding cross contamination. I ordered the beef brisket platter, no tortillas, with fries. SO MUCH FOOD! The crinkle fries were cooked crispy and well seasoned. The beef brisket was encrusted with butcher's pepper before smoking and SO TENDER. I couldn't stop eating. This place is an absolute MUST if you come to the Jonesboro area. I'm wishing I'd bought a souvenir hat now.

This place is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable of their menu. Did a togo order, talked to the chef not only about gluten, but celery, apple, and other ingredients that we had allergies to. They knew everything, very helpful throughout the whole process, made a list of what sauces had what ingredients for the non gluten allergies. They don’t have a dedicated fryer but they also don’t fry anything that has gluten, so... they do have a dedicated fryer. So nice so wonderful and so delicious!
