Yum! 100% gluten free which made me feel super safe. Had the beef arepa and added avocado. It was so much food and so delicious. I love the green sauce they use. Will be back when in Denver again!

Quiero Arepas is incredible! 100% gluten free and great vibe. I usually order the Pabellon, aweome spot and highly recommend to others with celiac. Great area to walk around and Pearl street farmers market on sundays is great.

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in the Denver area. It is 100% gluten free and delicious. Deserves way more recognition!

100% gluten-free kitchen. Arepas, if you haven’t had one, are the National dish of Venezuela, and they are naturally gluten free—so it isn’t a modification like gf bread which often reminds me of baked play-dough. The “bread” of the arepa is basically a grilled cornmeal cake, but delicious.
I’ve only ever ordered the Pabellon. Stewed beef, black beans, cheese, a cilantro-avocado sauce you could eat by the bowlful, and a magical hunk of sweet plantain, all stuffed in the tastiest cornmeal bread-like bun! It makes my heart sing with every bite. The pro tip: fork over the extra $2 for the added mozzarella.
The only downside is the arepas can be really messy to eat, but I think that’s mostly a good thing!! Also, the passion fruit juice is just the perfect blend of sweet and tart.

I really wanted to like this place…but it was truly the most bland tasteless meal I’ve ever had! Having celiacs k always have to try gluten free restaurants when I find one. I ordered the Pollo Guisado, there was no sauce it on, it consisted of chicken that tasted like it was soaked in tomato juice, cheese and black beans. For $14 I could have gotten a much better gluten free meal anywhere else. Definitely disappointed after reading good reviews about the food here.

This is not the location that shares a space so it is 169% gluten free. The food here is amazing and completely safe. Sucks that this one has been reviewed so low because it’s not the Avanti location. Staff is also very friendly here.

I’ve never had Venezuelan food before but this was awesome! The plantains on the arepa added a perfect amount of sweetness to the savory sandwich. I am so definitely coming back! Dreaming of this sandwich and wanting more.

Great food! The Arepas are awesome. Love the guasacaca sauce. The whole place is gluten free so no worries, too. They are open for pick up.
Delicious Venezuelan food. Cross between a taco and a sandwich. Made with corn flour. No gluten in the entire store (except for canned beer). The food can be vegan or vegetarian. I still haven’t tried all the options yet and I’ve been at least 10 times.
