The plating and the atmosphere was great. The food tastes well but for the first 5 courses the servers not specify about any of my dishes being altered to be gluten free. By the time course 6 approached they served me that contained gluten but they only realized it after I pointed that the ingredient contains gluten then the server asked the kitchen and confirmed they had to prepared something else for me. I still ended up getting sick that night and I had a really hard time enjoying my vacation for the next two days.

Very pricy and tasting menu only but AMAZING. They are very very careful with gluten and other dietary needs. They even told me what my friend had that had gluten so that I didn't accidentally try something if hers that I couldn't have. Fantastic service. Top notch. Innovative foods. I highly recommend if you are comfortable with a higher price point.

I have been there several times after I got my diagnosis with celiac disease. This is one of the few restaurants in Mexico where they know what having celiac disease means and they tell you what you can and can’t have in the menu. I prefer ordering a few plates to share, but they will also make necessary adjustments if you choose the tasting menu. The food is delicious.

A globally renowned restaurant that deserves all its praise. Upon entering they confirmed that I was celiac and were careful and conscientious throughout. They even had gf desserts. Order the guava rocks!
