I ordered items off the menu that were labeled gluten free and emphasized that I required gluten free food. The server said it’d be taken care of. However, I was severely glutened from the food here.
Also, we inquired why only vegetarian foods were offered as gluten free and were told that chickpea flour is used to cook meat (chickpeas are gluten free). We were offered gluten free naan which was very exciting but then were served roti, which is certainly not the same thing as naan.

Raas offers the basic Indian fare along with unique cuisine not in a typical Indian restaurant. Vegetarian and GF options are clearly marked. In addition, the chef will come to your table and discuss your dietary needs and customize dishes to be GF. I highly recommend Raas if you are looking for a higher end dining experience

Not safe for Celiacs! I spoke to both the server and the chef regarding my need for 100% gluten free food. I was severely “glutened”. It was far more than cross contamination. I will never go back.
