Amazing! Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. The manager came over after I told the waitress of my allergy (celiac) and went through the ENTIRE menu with what I could have and what modifications it would be. Then she returned to take my order specifically to be sure the kitchen was safe and then the regular waitress took the rest of the tables order. The have a dedicated fryer but with the same oil filtration system. Did not get sick. I got the Worth the Wait Beef Sandwich on GF bun and GF onion rings. Was absolutely delicious food and fantastic service, Amy (manager) and Christina (waitress) were wonderful! Will come back when in Orlando!

i was pretty nervous about coming to this restaurant but the experience was great. the menu was not marked unfortunately (except the fish and chips) but the staff was super knowledgeable and told me everything. the server said that it was protocol for the manager to come over to take my order, and he did. i’m a very, very picky eater so i got a salad. i got “that salad with chicken” but took everything off. so i got arugula with chicken. now this wasn’t the most revolutionary meal ever (mostly my fault) but i still have 5 stars because i felt so safe. food came out marked at well. fries were good and there was a dedicated frier. the only complaint i have is that the chicken was a little cold when it came it, but i can look past it. would def recommend to anyone looking for a good restaurant. i did not get the gluten free fish and chips but my brother did and he said they were very tasty!

This restaurant is located at Disney’s Springs in The Landing area. Waiter knew about allergies and cross contamination. There is no GF menu but will make modifications to accommodate. I had The Cider House Belly appetizer and the Braised Be Beef entree, which I was told are both naturally made GF. The food was so delicious! The manager came to my table 2 times to let me know my food will be gluten free and he is making sure they are taking the correct precautions! My meal came out separately with an allergy stick. Been here before and it is always a great experience between the food, the live music, and Irish dancing!

I was a little skeptical about eating here after reading the mixed reviews but decided to try it. I ordered the gluten free fish and onion rings and I did not get sick. The server was quite knowledgeable and a supervisor or manager even can over to confirm my gluten free order. My order came out with a marker for allergies.

My daughter got the GF fish sticks and fries and got sick. Allegedly made in a GF safe fryer. Another friend got sick as well after being ensured all items were GF and prepared separately. Lastly, read an article where a woman died because they didn’t take the right precautions for her nut and dairy allergy.

A bunch of GF options, dedicated fryer, best GF fish and chips i’ve ever had. (The fries were standard issue, the battered fish was phenomenal!

This was my second time here getting the fish and chips and it's amazing! They also have a number of cider choices. The pear one is yummy and not too sweet. They seem quite careful and I've not gotten sick. I'll definitely be back!

A must visit every time I’m in Orlando. There were several appetizers available GF including kiss before shrimp, but I ordered GF onion rings as an appetizer. About 6 options for entrees and I had the braised short ribs with colcannon mashed potatoes 10/10 stars! It was SO delicious. I’ve had the GF fish and chips on other visits and you can get that at the quick service next door so I opted for something new. My favorite restaurant in Disney Springs

After reading the reviews I was excited to eat gluten free onion rings and etc. I was talking to the waitress about gluten free options because the menu isn’t marked. She basically gave me 3 options off the menu and said that’s all I could have. Disappointed for sure.

Nothing was marked on the menu (aside from fish and chips) but after speaking to our super friendly waiter we were told that almost anything on the menu can be gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer. We ordered onion rings and the GF fish and chips. Everything was delicious! It came out with an allergen safe pick labeling the dishes that were GF. The entertainment was amazing and the atmosphere was very fun.

Raglan Road is a great sit-down experience! Inside is great but we love outside seating with the live band best (during winter months). They are great with gluten free and the environment is fun! We had the onion rings and boar burger. They have a dedicated fryer for gluten-free and dairy free. If you want a faster and cheaper experience see their sister restaurant next door- Cookes of Dublin.

This is by far my fave Disney Dining as much for the food as the experience. We visit Disney often and try to eat here every trip. The staff is always knowledgeable. My go to is Fish n Chips with garlic and Parmesan. Our server Niccole went above and beyond and brought a brand new bottle of ketchup for safety.

It took a long time to be seated, but it was worth the wait. The food was good and safe, and we got to enjoy live music and Irish dancers! I went specifically for the gluten free fish and chips, and they did not disappoint.
Server was knowledgeable. Someone else came out to let us know they were on top of it. When the food came they indicated GF status.

I had gf onion rings, gf fish and chips, and gf brownie sundae. If you call 48 hrs in advance, they will make you a gf bread pudding!!! (Maybe next time). Of note, I am not strict about cc.

Raglan Road has probably the best trained staff for allergies that I have ever seen. They can make it’s just just about anything on the menu for celiacs and other allergies as well. I had the fish and chips and shared onion rings for an appetizer. The portions are huge! I didn’t get sick and I am super sensitive to cross contamination. They have a separate fryer and if you give them two days notice they will make you gluten free bread pudding.

Amazing night here, Irish dancing and live music was fab, and more importantly, decent options for my coeliac daughter who had fish and chips (and onion rings as she has a big appetite!). Food was great, expensive but worth paying a bit more for the atmosphere/entertainment! Could have had chicken tenders, burger and chips, couldn’t fit in a desert so can’t comment on them…

I have Gluten Ataxia, which is very serious. 20ppm don't cut it. They brought me ingredient lists and even opened a brand new ketchup so there was no chance of cross contamination. Got GF Fish and Chips. They bring to table with brown paper which is different from gluten filled. Paper and also have a pick in it for allergy. Very safe!!!

Expensive, but that’s expected at Disney Springs. The waitress told me about the shared filtration system and said it’s 99.9% safe. After eating here last year and not getting sick, I had the fish and chips. After reading some of the reviews on this app, I got nervous and rushed back to the hotel in case I got sick from CC. (IYKYK) I did not have a reaction! The meal is delicious! Although, I would caution on the Magners cider. Between the sulfites and the ton of sugar, I did not feel well from drinking it.

If you're like me, when you see the Disney cast member looking name tag, you relax thinking that Disney does an amazing job with gluten free and other food allergies. No matter what the name tag looks like Raglan Road is not owned or run by Disney. They are owned and operated by owned and operated by Great Irish Pubs Florida, Inc., the Irish-owned company that previously created Nine Fine Irishmen at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Now let's talked about share filters... Raglan Road (Cooke's of Dublin shares the same kitchen) has "gluten free" fish and chips. I've eaten at both locations. The last time I ate at Raglan Road the server made it very clear that the fryer shares a filtering system with gluten containing fryers. That concerned me and got me digging into how this works. For an installed type of filtration system there is a filter box that all connected fryers use. One fryer filters itself and then the system moves to the next fryer and so on. There is a certain amount of oil and filtered matter that remains in the tray, so the oil is continually co-mingled. It's possible that the filter is so fine that it filters out gluten. But, who knows if this is really the case. I asked the management if they test for gluten and was told "No we have not tested and we do not plan to. As stated below we cannot be 100% guaranteed that we are gluten free, and we do not claim to be gluten free restaurant" This may explain the variety of experiences detailed in reviews here. At another point I was told "All I can do it make you aware of the risk and hopefully you can decide if we are the right choice for you." I understand there's always a risk eating at an establishment that serves gluten containing items. There's a difference between "there's a risk" and systems being setup to potentially cross contaminate food, automatically on a schedule. If you're happy with gluten reduced fish and chips or maybe gluten free-ish fish and chips, this may be the place for you. Unfortunately, I don't believe this is a celiac safe restaurant. The fish and chips are cooked in oil that is regularly co-mingled with gluten containing items. Without testing who knows what the end result is and, from reviews, people are getting sick.

My husband and I took our 8 month old son here. The entire place was family friendly and the atmosphere was extremely entertaining. The waitress was very friendly and was completely knowledgeable about gluten. The menu had extensive options. Food was also flagged as an allergy when it was brought out. We got onion rings and scallops forest to split for appetizers and the braised be beef and the shepherds pie. I cannot stop talking or thinking about those scallops. Incredible. 11/10 recommend. I have celiac and did not get sick and my husband does not have any gluten intolerance and still loved the food!

I saw all these amazing reviews about this place and I was so excited to try it. I was so disappointed. The gf onion rings were great but the fish was so greasy I couldn't eat most of it and I felt sick shortly after leaving. We did not have very good service the day we went.

The place is very lively and the staff is very knowledgeable about my allergies. The first thing he did when we sat down was ask about any allergies and helped guide me to the safest options on the menu. they use a separate fryer and have a separate part of the kitchen just for gf. I was seeing some reviews that say that the chocolate dessert was gluten free however, they have changed their recipe and now it does contain gluten because they use Guinness in it. this place is a great stop to make on your trip to Disney!

Such a good place to eat if you are celiac. You get free entertainment of the Irish dancers. Most of the stuff on the menu is found to be gluten free. The server was very helpful on what you can have and not have. I ended up getting the braised Be beef and tasted delicious. I also got the onion rings and was blown away how good they were for being gluten free. Very impressed and will be coming back
