Good food, super nice and fast service. The Teff GF bread was great in that it allows for the real eating experience. Fingers crossed I don't get sick from cross contamination.

This place is DY-NO-MITE!!! In the afternoon 7-Days a week (11AM-3PM) they offer a truly unmatched limitless buffet of the most tasty and flavorful Ethiopian cuisine in Los Angeles!

The owners are warm and welcoming and the FOOD IS HEALING. All vegetable all the time and the GF INJERA (Teff Only) is sublime!!!

Do yourself a favor and EAT HERE weekly!!! Daily would be a GIFT. ❤❤❤❤❤

UPDATE: I'm really sorry but I have to downgrade this review to a 2. The second order of bread they brought out wasn't gluten free, 15 minutes later we've pretty much given up on getting another order of it since so far we've been here for an hour and a half and still can't find anyone to get a to go box or the check. It's like the wait staff here are magical ninjas that only show up to check on one table at a time then disappear again.

I hate to give this place only 3 stars since the food is AWESOME, but the service is so slow it's insane. I've been here twice and we haven't gotten our food within less that half an hour after ordering. As I'm writing this it's been 45 minutes and still no food. Also it seems like some staff knows gluten free and some doesn't. My first visit the waitress pointed out an item (sounded like baklava) that wasn't gluten free and offered a replacement. This time the waitress said nothing after I said it all NEEDS to be gluten free, and after I mentioned the item she was like oh yeah that one's definitely not gluten free. Also we've been waiting on a water refill for 30 minutes and counting.

I would recommend this place if you aren't very hungry, are prepared to ask for the manager when you order to make sure they get it, and don't mind insanely slow service.
