NOT ANYMORE! After going in-person and awkwardly ordering my meal I learned they have gluten options such as:
Instead of wheat noddles, we can substitute for rice noodles.
Certain broths required or have soy, soy is gluten and you can ask to have a soy-less broth
The chicken is breaded with wheat and floured with wheat, I would recommend asking for the mochi flour chicken and steamed chicken, mochi is rice flour and should be ok for gluten sensitivity.
