TLDR: they DO offer GF noodles and their ramen is delicious but MAKE SURE TO SPECIFICALLY REQUEST THEM!!!

I dined here and ordered the only ramen marked on the menu with a “GF” symbol, assuming that it would be served gluten free as-is. I was horribly incorrect, and I ate two servings of the noodles and got very sick later that night. It was not made apparent to me that it was necessary to substitute for their gluten free noodles, even though I did inform a server of my allergy. Throughout the night we had a number of different servers, so the person who took my order may not have been the person I informed of my allergy. I have never been to a restaurant that labeled a dish as gluten free on the menu when it was not in fact served gluten free, so I later contacted the restaurant via email about clarifying this and requested a response (and a refund…) but was ignored.

The menu also did not specify that the default noodles contained wheat or that there was an alternate gluten free noodle available at all. Instead, the fate of your allergy rests in the memory/due diligence of a single waiter, which of course can be fallible at times.
