We texted the restaurant since they don’t pick up their phone, and they indicated that they do not serve rice noodles, but they do serve rice. Commenters on Yelp said they once did for those who aren’t Celiac. Bummer, since I’ve heard such good things.

For a ramen shop full of gluteny noodles, this place does a great job of finding ways to help patrons with dietary restrictions find something delicious to eat. For celiacs (like me), the staff was super knowledgeable and aware of cross-contamination, and found ways to accommodate. For patrons who are less sensitive to cross-contamination, they can make a number of their signature ramen dishes with rice noodles (but the broth contains soy sauce). I had the fried rice with longanisa and paired it with a delicious bottle of Ethic Ciders “Golden Rule” sparkling dry cider, and had myself a ball.
