Great to go somewhere they totally understand how to prevent cross contamination! Not only a dedicated cooking area and fryer, but only one chef handles the GF cooking. Cream gravy made with garbanzo flour and he uses a super fine rice flour for the fried breading. They recommend calling an hour in advance so they can make sure the dedicated fryer is hot enough
