This place is such a hidden gem! As mentioned in other reviews, giving them at least a 30 minute heads will allow them to get the GF fryer going and reduce your wait time. The friendly owner is celiac and takes all the necessary precautions to provide tasty GF fare: well-trained staff, separate prep area, and separate fryer. My non-GF friend and I both got to enjoy some delicious, coma-inducing fried green tomatoes and chicken-fried steak with gravy.
