They DO NOT have a GF menu! They have a little list of GF foods on the wall behind the cashier that customers can't read because it's so small. There is somewhat of a language problem also. I have tried it twice and won't go back. It's just too iffy.

*NOT CELIAC SAFE* I have had 3 consecutive bad experiences (yes, 3, this restaurant was my FAV). The waitresses, managers, hostesses are NOT informed about Celiac Disease at all. Language is a barrier. Yes, there is a “GF Menu” but NOT Celiac safe! Chips are not celiac safe! Cross contamination is imminent! I have reported these concerns to management, they dismiss my concerns. Again, language is a barrier.

We have visited Rancho Rustico often over the last four years. They have a dedicated fryer for chips. I have enjoyed the Pollo con Crema, Chicken Mango salad and soft tacos there. The staff is friendly and conscientious. I have never been ill after eating there.

There are many GF things and salsa is GF. Tell staff, they are very knowledgeable about gluten. Chips are made in the same fryer so beware! I ordered the Carne Asada plate and it was delicious and safe!
