In all honesty we would steer clear away from this place. the phrase "couldnt care less about anything" is their business moto. Regardless of what happens, they do nothing to fix problems, just create more. They love to blame the owners or management and vice versa. You complain, nothing gets done, 20 minutes later it happens again. They are too busy playing their little blame games that they truly dont care about the customer. There's hardly anyone in the place, oh they blame the owners for hiring too many people. Order something and you'll see your order with things on it that you didnt order and surcharge $1.50 for this $1.50 for that. Check your bill before you leave and make sure they arent charging you for the ice and the straw for your drink! You complain about something thats legitimate and the next time you walk in, they will just ignore you even though your the one thats paying their bills. They will turn on you on a dime, and the more your a regular in the place, the more you get treated like crap! Dont high five anyone there, thinking your their friend because they are only working you for the money, especially at the bar. You'll sit there right in front of the bartender and they are doing nothing, you say one word to put your order in, then they are off to another customer taking their order, then another, then they are sampling drinks made from another bartender and bsing, then they leave the bar and take someone elses order. The whole time your the first one and 20 minutes later your food still isnt in. They dont even have any common sense no wonder they work there! They sit there with their head between their legs thinking that they the best around, and yet 90% of the time the place is empty. Go down the street, and Mr Crab's is packed! Your the customer and you have the right to have a good time and enjoy yourself. There's no reason whatsoever, that people that get paid by you, cant do a simple job that a 16 year old does over the summer to make some extra money! This place, you wonder if they ever graduated high school!
