Review of Rare Bird Brewpub

We had our dogs with us and this is one of the few places in the area that allows pets on the patio. Like all restaurants right now they are experiencing a labor shortage. Despite the lack of staff they were very attentive. The host was also running food and drinks to patrons sitting outside. He kindly asked us to place orders inside with the bar tender. They have a gf and vegan menu available. No dedicated fryer but items that a fried in the shared fryer are labeled on the menu. I ordered the Bahn mi with pork belly and OMG that pork belly was good! I had a side salad with it and the Apple Cider vinegarette was super tasty.
