Review

I’ve eaten here before without a reaction but I just got a takeout GF pizza, confirmed it was GF with the woman at the front, and took it home to NIMA test it and it came back “gluten found” on the sensor. By looking at the capsule itself it appears to be cross contamination rather than full-blown gluten levels, but I am still sad:( I did also test their bagged, take-home focaccia bread and it was safe so that’s good!

EDIT: the owner was extremely kind and assured me they take every precaution against cross-contam (separate oven, pans, utensils, ingredients etc) + he makes the flour himself. he said he would get to the bottom of the seemingly cross-contam incident and was extremely graceful about the matter. like i said before, i’ve eaten here before without getting sick so I am sure this was just a fluke.
