I had read about this restaurant on a blog that said they were clueless. But my experience was fine. Maybe things have improved since that posting. A few items are gluten free. What they offer is well prepared. It was a great find since the idea of celiac disease is a rather new concept in Singapore. I was reassured that they take precautions with cross contamination. I did not get sick, and enjoyed the meal. It is located in the basement of a large shopping center near the Swissôtel at Clarke Quay.
