My daughter loved the lomo saltado, and didn’t have any reaction. I told them it was for a gluten allergy (I know celiac isn’t, but restaurant speak :)), and they assured me they’d be extra careful.

Have had the Red Fuego Bowl and the Lomo Saltado and seem to have not had any problems. I substitute the fries for plantains because I love plantains and theirs are so good! Haven't had issues but I only found out a month ago that I have Celiac, so this is all new to me still.

The staff is very knowledgeable and can verify what items contain gluten as well as substitutes available.

The Steak Lomo Saltado is my go-to! 100% gluten-free. I have eaten here multiple times and never have had any issues, I am celiac and SUPER sensitive to cross-contamination. Service is a little slow but definitely worth the wait.

I'm not celiac, my son is. It seems like their menu lends itself well to being gluten-free (chicken, fries, salad, quinoa, fruit). I'm not sure about cross contamination since I didn't take my son so I didn't ask all the questions.
