They have a very small “gluten friendly” menu. Very limited selection. I ordered two sides. I didn’t get sick but wouldn’t eat here again as there aren’t enough options.
Awful big book to read to find anything GF. Most entries are not GF. Waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. Food is mediocre
The waitress was extremely helpful. Anything grilled will not be gluten free because of cross contamination but they are willing to broil anything instead of grill it. My dinner was delicious! Gluten free menu was very hard to understand.
Great service. They give you the "GF Menu" which is an excel sheet of the ingredients in each dish. Be careful reading it because you have to make sure to check the gluten section and the deep fried section of each dish to make sure it's GF. The crab legs were very delicious and they even have GF cheesecake.
Yes
They provided a menu showing food allergens including wheat. They have gluten free ranch dressing and their cheesecake was gluten free. I had the bacon wrapped shrimp and it was yummy.
I clearly stated no gluten or dairy. My salad came out with croutons. Waitress was not knowledgeable and did not seem to take my intolerances seriously when i ordered. No gf menu except they hand you an allergy guide to go through.

We have always gone to Red Lobster for my dad's birthday and this time was the 1st time I couldn't eat gluten. Our server was knowledgeable and anything he was unsure about he was willing to find out for me. Red Lobster also has an interactive online menu with potential allergens in there most common dishes, which I had looked through ahead of time. Of course with most non-dedicated establishments, they state there's always a risk for cross- contamination. I got a special of garlic butter crab legs that come on a bed of crispy potatoes. I also got a side salad w/ ranch and the server assured me that that there would be no croutons on my salad. Everything tasted great and I had no symptoms.

Crab your way, shrimp scampi, baked potato. Very helpful with allergen menu and a dedicated space and process for preventing cross contamination. Delicious too!

I asked our waiter multiple questions about gluten free options and cross contamination. He gave me their nutritional binder that stated what was gluten free. I ordered a side salad and asked for no croutons. It came out with croutons so I told them I needed a new salad - they removed the croutons and gave me the same salad back. I told them again I needed a new salad cause of the bread crumbs. By the third time they had it corrected. I ordered shrimp, lobster, and scallops and told them to hold any orzo rice. My plate came out with several orzo rice grains on it. They were great about me ordering and looking through their nutrition binder but AWFUL about cross contamination!
