Crab your way, shrimp scampi, baked potato. Very helpful with allergen menu and a dedicated space and process for preventing cross contamination. Delicious too!

They are fantastic and always help with whatever questions I have, and will willing bring out a manager with any other questions!

Menu is clear, and has decent selection. Grilled items are marked with an asterisk to show they could be contaminated.. Etc. Overall a high quality meal. The best part is that they have a gluten free cheesecake! & it's amazing:)
Didn't know they had GF Cheese sake until I read another review... gotta go now for sure again to have that!!! Good service, well informed, helpful, good food, & not too different from normal menu as of the last time I was there. Love crab, shrimp, & Lobster!!!
I clearly stated no gluten or dairy. My salad came out with croutons. Waitress was not knowledgeable and did not seem to take my intolerances seriously when i ordered. No gf menu except they hand you an allergy guide to go through.

We have always gone to Red Lobster for my dad's birthday and this time was the 1st time I couldn't eat gluten. Our server was knowledgeable and anything he was unsure about he was willing to find out for me. Red Lobster also has an interactive online menu with potential allergens in there most common dishes, which I had looked through ahead of time. Of course with most non-dedicated establishments, they state there's always a risk for cross- contamination. I got a special of garlic butter crab legs that come on a bed of crispy potatoes. I also got a side salad w/ ranch and the server assured me that that there would be no croutons on my salad. Everything tasted great and I had no symptoms.

They had a menu with every allergen listed. They listened to all my special requests. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick after.

I asked our waiter multiple questions about gluten free options and cross contamination. He gave me their nutritional binder that stated what was gluten free. I ordered a side salad and asked for no croutons. It came out with croutons so I told them I needed a new salad - they removed the croutons and gave me the same salad back. I told them again I needed a new salad cause of the bread crumbs. By the third time they had it corrected. I ordered shrimp, lobster, and scallops and told them to hold any orzo rice. My plate came out with several orzo rice grains on it. They were great about me ordering and looking through their nutrition binder but AWFUL about cross contamination!

This is my kids favorite place to eat. They have an allergen menu and IF your server indicates an allergy, the food comes out seperately. I have had very mixed results on if the server will actually mark it as an allergy (even when I have explicitly asked them to do so). We've gone several times (again, kids favorite place to eat...) and I would say I've only had the food come out seperately twice (and once, only half of it).
We also keep getting the same server, and they seem pretty annoyed by my questions (me), so the experience may be different with a more accommodating server.
