Ashley G was the best server we've ever had. She went above and beyond to make our visit a great experience. She was very attentive, quickly noted my allergies, and kept checking to make sure everything was safe. Would highly recommend this location to anyone! 😍 This Red Lobster has great staff and is training their employees right, especially when it comes to food allergies. Bravo! Shrimp scampi, caesar salad without croutons, garlic mashed potatoes, and ice cream sundaes are all safe. I have eaten these here many times with no reaction. Very attentive staff that is well trained with regards to allergies. Allergen Wizard on their website helps to narrow down what you can eat!

Red Lobster has an allergy menu. My waitress was knowledgable about what fish and sides I could eat. I have Celiac Disease and had no problems eating at Red Lobster.

We have eaten here a few times. I have never been sick, but you have to be ever so careful ordering here. I always take a copy of their allergen grid from online in with me. I double check everything. None of their waitstaff has ever seemed educated in either allergies or sensitivities. Good for a salad or some plain, shelled seafood.

My salmon and loaded baked potato were incredible. However, it took an hour to get our food. I don’t know if that’s a fluke or no.

Also, it is so hard to navigate the allergen menu. It would be nice if they could label on menu.

Notify waitress about allergies and gf, "ask chef to prevent cross contamination". I ask for specific meals specify specifics: no onions no garlic no soy no eggs (anything I can't have can't be on the grill. My meal is: Broiled Trout with no seasoning, or snow crab, baked plain potato (no butter, only canola oil on the side), orange slices on the side. No salad

Haven’t had an issues after eating. I do only order the endless shrimp. I get the scampi and grilled skewer. They do have an online allergen menu though. All wait staff seem to understand what the allergy is and never seem to frustrated about it.

I clearly stated no gluten or dairy. My salad came out with croutons. Waitress was not knowledgeable and did not seem to take my intolerances seriously when i ordered. No gf menu except they hand you an allergy guide to go through.
