Review of Red Robin

No problems, although I agree the staff need to be trained better. They have a dedicated fryer for allergen-free fries, but I had to push our waitress to clarify that - she made it sound like all of their fries are gluten free by default (clearly not the case). Based on other recent reviews, it sounds like this has been happening a lot at this location.
