I have been to many Red Robins and have never had an issue with order specifications until today… I ordered a burger that needed fried jalapeños omitted and I also surprisingly had to confirm that I needed fries in a separate fryer, after I added that I needed GF for allergy (I’m used to being asked “preference or allergy” so the omission of that question made me suspicious of the server’s knowledge).
When I got the burger, the bun appeared to be the GF one they use, but on the burger were the breaded and fried jalepeno coins. Fortunately they left the burger on the table while they made a new one. (Otherwise I would have been nervous they just removed the jalapeños.) I had them bring me new fries also. Hopefully I won’t feel sick later :(
Oh, and when our bill arrived, my burger was on their twice because of the remake. Fortunately we were paying attention and pointed it out to our server, and after some waiting she finally fixed it.
If going- make sure to check everything carefully: food, order specs, receipt!

The server wasn’t sure what gluten was, but told the manager (without me asking him to) that I have celiac disease after I ordered my food. The manager came to the table and ensured that he would be in the kitchen making sure the food was safe and explained that they have a process for when people have allergies and intolerances. I was impressed!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Tawny our server was knowledgeable of celiac and Thomas the Manager made an extra effort to set our minds at ease, and even explained to us the fryer set up. My daughter had the bacon cheeseburger and fries with no reaction.

Hit or miss. I’ve found it’s better to go when it’s not peak times. I’ve been given a basket of fries with a piece of chick strip in it and also had my plate with a gluten free bun and “allergen fries” come out with what looked to be the breading from an onion ring on the plate. I don’t think the servers at this location care. The one in Jones Valley is better.

Dedicated fryer for gluten free fries - love them!
Glad they changed things so I can have a burger and fries!
Food is delicious and I have never been sick or contaminated by Red Robbin. However, the staff and management is horrible. You are lucky if your waiter/waitress comes to check on you; and usually it's not because they aren't working. Poor management leads to poor service.

We have had multiple good experiences with this Red Robin.
Their hamburgers are half the size if the one in Plainfield IN. Patties look look they were bought preformed and cheap.

My son loves the g-free burger with a bun!! Knowledgeable management too!
Not a ton of food if you are allergic to even the cross contamination of wheat products but I was given a printed menu of gluten free foods. Their gluten-free bun was really good!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
