The lady who seated us told us to make sure we tell our server that I was gluten free and had allergy to gluten. She said that signals the server to tell the kitchen to change gloves and us a clean area in kitchen. We did so. Our server was Alyssa. She said she was well versed on what I could and could not order. I always get the Reds Tavern Double with a gluten free bun. She said that was a good choice for me. She also informed me of a couple of recent changes. The bacon is no longer gluten free. The manufacturer rolls the bacon in flour to make it thicker. Also the grilled chicken is no longer gluten free beacause the spices used to make it contain gluten. Absolutely no problems. When we were ready to leave Alyssa asked us if we would like to have some steak fries to go. She said she understood it was hard for people who are gluten free to get fries. She also told us to reheat in air fryer to ger the best results. We accepted and very grateful. She also told us all steak fries are in dedicated fryer. Overall and excellent experience and not sick. Definitely go here.

I got a tavern double with a gluten free bun, and sweet potato fries. Both were tastey! My server wasn't extremely knowledgeable about gluten free, but he did great asking the manager when he didn't know. I am looking forward to going back, would definitely recommend!

We go here regularly. Both of us are celiac. Never get sick afterwards. We get the tavern burger with gluten free bun which is actually good, and endless French fries. One time one of the fryers were out and the waitress let us know while ordering that they would be cross contaminated. They have gluten free pizza and they use gloves to deliver the food to ensure safety. It’s a staple in our family.

The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about their gluten free menu. She made sure to tell the cooks about my daughter and I being gluten free and they made everything in a separate area. The GF buns were delicious and we didn’t get sick!

I could tell the staff were educated about food allergies/sensitivities. They directed me to their website to find safe foods. The app is very easy to use. My plate was clearly marked as GF coming out of the kitchen which is assuring in a very busy restaurant. I'm somewhat a "foodie" so I don't eat in chain establishments often, but I thought the food was good.

Waited for too long for a table when we counted about ten empty ones while everyone just stood there. Service was so slow. There was an absolutely horrible smell coming from the bar area ( maybe garbage, not sure but bad enough to put me off my food). Strawberry lemonade tasted like mildew. The food was fine everything else was awful.
They offered a binder with allergen listings and recommendations for gluten free options. We had burgers on GF buns and fries. Really tasty burger and fries were good. Complaint/concern: They offered to refill fries and the refill fries that they brought smelled like onion rings. so we became concerned and brought it to the attention of the server. She double checked with the kitchen and confirmed that they were prepared in the dedicated allergen fryer, however, we weren't convinced & not willing to take the risk. Will reiterate severity of sensitivity to server next time, but definitely plan to return. No reactions!

FOOD: was great, no complaints at all.
SERVICE: was very friendly but super slow. Not sure (very possible) if they were understaffed being it was New Years day or if that's normal. Place was full but not packed, we waited almost an hour for our food.
LOCATION: great, easy to find, super clean.
ONLY NEGATIVE: We ended up here because we found them on a gluten free website. We were pleased to see they had a gluten free menu and food for our family member. What we were surprised by was the outdated black binder they offered us as the gf menu. It was a simple black binder with sheet protectors, no pictures, prices and inaccurate information. Our family member is 17 and he just rolled with it but accurate information and some nice pictures would be nice in case the patron is younger.
Thank you Red Robbin for the delicious gluten free food, but please clean up your gluten free menu.

Manager came to the table with Gluten Free menu and took my order and made it himself . Service was super fast hamburger and fries were delicious . Wonderful experience. Would definitely go back!!!!
Awesome! :-) my son was so excited..he got a gluten free kids meal burger and fries..they have a manager with celiac, so they are super careful. The fries were amazing and he actually liked the bun...it wasn't hard like most gf buns.
Our waitress, Jodi, had Celiac and knew exactly what we could have. They have a gf bun that was great and we could even have the fries. Awesome meal!

My first time at a Red Robin and I loved it! Had a burger and fries (gluten free) and they came with a little purple stick in it to indicate gluten allergy. Waitress was wonderful! (They also have pretty good ranch)

Notified server GF, ALLERGY. Ordered a burger GF bun. Fine until I quickly remembered that it had steak sauce on it ISN’T GF.
After asking this server about it, he didn’t know so he wouldn’t ask the chef and he didn’t know so he sent the bottle out to me. It clearly states that it has barley vinegar in the ingredients. Seriously disappointing that the kitchen staff is preparing “gluten-free food” and they have no idea what has or doesn’t have gluten in it.
Nice way to ruin the end of my trip. And will be sick for the next couple of weeks.

Always a reliable choice. Red Robin's online allergen menu is extremely helpful and in-depth, symptomatic celiac been coming here for many years and never had a problem. It's not fine dining or anything but it's about as good as it gets for a huge chain restaurant like this.
