Staff are trained and knowledgeable at this location. Always receive great service and have not had a reaction in the handful of times I've eaten here (I'm Celiac)

Delicious burgers! The gf bun was yummy and they use dedicated fryers so no reactions here. The have an interactive gf menu on a tablet but you can also use your phone on the red robin website. Also fyi its bottomless fries so eat up!
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Their fries give me a reaction, even though management claims it's a dedicated fryer. Somewhere in the process there is still cc.

It used to be great but I started getting gluten versions at the East Vancouver and talked to a manager about it. He said there is no training or precautions and the cooks don't know how to make gluten free versions, they just go by leaving off things at the customers request. They are prepared with gluten foods

Left without eating here today. The hostess was irritated to have customers and the server cut me short when I tried to clarify the prep for my gluten-free order. I felt very anxious about my food after the weird, disinterested service so decided not worth the risk. Won't be back to this location.

I am REALLY sensitive to gluten and even a crumb of contamination will cause all kinds of problems for me, so I have to be very careful eating out (I usually just don't bother). But this Red Robin not only has gluten free buns, but they even have a separate gluten free fryer to cook fries in! They use separate surfaces for gluten allergy customers, and have a very in depth gluten free menu. I love this place, and have not had any issues!

GF buns are dry. get a med well done burger to add moisture. GF fries - dedicated fryer. very helpful.

Great GF restaurant with great gf menu. Let staff know if you have celiac as special allergy notations are entered with order. Eaten here GF since being diagnosed in 2005. Most staff are very knowledgeable. If you are concerned your waitstaff is not informed, ask to see the manager. I am very happy with every Red Robin.

There gluten free buns are fantastic, the one next to Van Mall is really bad, the one off of 164th St. Is amazing, great customer service, food was made really well, came to our table fast. Was very impressed, But unfortunately the one next to Van Mall is the complete opposite of the one on 164th.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
