The fries were supposedly cooked in a seperate fryer, but were cold. My lettuce wrapped turkey burger came out with bacon on it. The allergy menu states that the bacon has gluten. I had to send it back. The server was nice but I would not trust this location. They sent out the same fries and they were cold. Never was offered a refresh.

The only item available here is the fries which they said at this location had their own fryer. Confirmed all other items are cooked on the same grill.

I am always cautious whenever I go to chain restaurants, however, my experience here was absolutely phenomenal.
Our waiter, Peach, double checked with all of the food we ordered to make sure it was gluten-free. The burgers were made wrong at first, and they caught it in the kitchen. They remade it and brought it back out, and one of the burgers was made with a gluten bun. Peach made sure it got made correctly, and the manager, Hayden, came over to talk to us.
Hayden is the new manager and she actually has a brother with celiac. She explained that there is a new chef in the kitchen and that she is training them to understand cross contamination and the severity of it.
Even though there were some mishaps, the food was amazing and I felt completely safe. I had no reaction. I will definitely be coming back.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Had to wait for a table and the service was a bit slow, but that’s true for most restaurants these days. My cheeseburger and a lettuce wrap was quite nice, and the french fries gave me no trouble at all. (Typically they use a separate fryer at all locations)

The GF menu is on their table kiosk which isn’t super user friendly when you are hungry. None of the bacon is GF but they have GF buns. The service was not great so just mediocre experience.

Red Robin is known for their lettuce wraps and GF bun options. This location did not disappoint. My burger was delicious This is my 3rd time to Portland and I've eaten here each time. Close and conveniently located to the airport.

You need to ask the hostess for their gf menu. Dedicated fryer - the fries were delicious! I also had the California chicken sandwich- quite tasty!

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
