Review of Red Robin

I think our visit to this Red Robin was doomed from the start. We asked for a gluten free menu (we have gotten them from other locations) and they told us they no longer carry them to look it up on our phone. Gf menu was difficult to find from a phone. When ordering we talked to the server told him the order was gluten free he seemed knowledgable giving recommendations on which burgers would be gluten free and ordered a gf bun. Also questioned about the fries being prepared gf as each location is different and the server indicated yes but with no seasoning.

Fast forward to the meal coming out and the burger came on a regular bun. Talked to the server and sent it back to be made again (not just switch out the bun). Meal came out a second time and appeared to be gf. Well apparently either the fries were not gf as suggested or they cross contaminated the burger because ended up sick.
