Their burgers wrapped in lettuce is good, however I was told that they fry their onion rings in the same fryer as the fries.

Sometimes the frys are not in a dedicated fryer so just let them know it has to be in one. They are very knowledgeable all I had to say was celiac and they knew. I got the guacamole burger with the frys. It was super super good.

Staff understand gluten free but always be sure to say it’s an allergy or celiac and ask that they change their gloves when preparing your gf burger. I would not order the gf pizza if you’re highly sensitive
Yes
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Please don't advertise gluten free beer if your not going to carry it!
Have been eating here for over a year with no problem but then on a celebration for a family birthday I found a piece of a chicken finger at the bottom of my refill fries that I have been told were gluten free when I informed my waitress who was horrified, told her manager. Manager did not handle it well, asked me if I would get sick, informed me that sometimes things get in their other fryer, and that his son is gluten intolerant so he knows how this goes. He finished his monologue with the simple statement that if I get sick please call them back later. Left me with no solution or anything. I did spend the next 36 hours very sick and in pain. Had to escalate this whole problem to the upper management and regional managers. Was never assured that the problem was fixed, will not eat here again.

Depending on your staff, some are educated. This place I like because it's the only one I can get a chicken or a burger but with frys!! Of course they up charge for the bun. Every place else there fryer is contaminated. This is the only one that is not. The only problem is when I ask about is the ranch. Is it or not? I hate bring my own. If you have a gluten-free menu you should know this stuff!!
Great buns. Had GF bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. Best fries around.
I had a great gluten free experience here. I was hesitant to try the buns because I've had some pretty hard/chewy buns in the past. The bun in my burger was amazing. It was soft. I'm so pleased to have found a burger joint that is tasty and safe.
I did not have a very good experience here. I had to ask for the server three times for the gluten free menu. She kept forgetting to bring it so it was 30 minutes before I could even order. Server was not friendly or helpful at all when it came to gluten free options. They do have gluten free buns but they charge more. The food was okay but not excellent. Not worth a trip back due to poor service at this location and high priced food that just isn't high quality.
good food and gluten free buns. never had a reaction here.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
