Cross contamination in the fryers has made me completely loose faith in this establishment.

They assured me the fryers were separate and I would be able to eat fries without issue. I was thrilled. I ate my meal and requested a refill of the sweet potato fries to go.

In the car I grabbed a fry to munch and tasted the distinct flavor of onion ring. I spit out the fry and looked in the to go container to confirm my suspicion. There was onion ring breading in the box along with my fries.

With how terrible I am feeling I can only assume they were careless with the rest of my meal.

I embarrassingly eat here three or four times a month. The GF menu is a small QR code on the bottom of the menu. You can put in any of your allergies or sensitivities and it’ll provide a menu with what will suit your needs. We typically get the same waiter and he is awesome! One of the few restaurants I feel safe eating at.

Service is very slow. Had to ask twice for a gluten free menu then he came back and told me I had to look it up myself online. The waiter came and said he knew the gf menu like the back of his hand but when I asked about an item on the menu he said he didn’t know. So I had to look up the menu after all. The food was good.

I admit I was nervous trying this place but it turned out great! I ordered the wedgie burger and I asked for gf fries (they have a designated fryer!!) and I haven’t been sick since my visit! I will definitely be returning!

Was alittle expensive! But the food was great and I didn’t get sick! They fried my fries in a different fryer even my chips! Great experience will be coming back!

Red Robin is a great place for those looking to avoid gluten, or just have a great meal. They offer a lot of foods that are normally gluten free. They also have the option of gluten free hamburger buns, just be careful with what normally comes on the burger. They have dedicated fryers for the fries, you just have to tell them you want them gluten free. I get a grilled chicken breast and a side of gluten free bottomless fries; it depends on what server rings it up, but I can get my meal for around $6 if rung up properly. They do a great job accommodating any allergies their guests may have.

Staff is knowledgeable about gluten. Ate here and no reaction. Great gluten free buns!

I love the fact that they have Gluten Free buns & a dedicated fryer for GF fries!!! Been eating here since I was diagnosed in March 2009, NEVER had one issue being sick & I am VERY sensitive! MUST TRY!!! Chik Fil A is the only other reasonably priced place in town w GF fries!!!!!

One of our favorite places to eat. I have celiacs and have never gotten sick. Staff seems knowledgeable and they have a dedicated fryer.

The day we were there our server was very informed. If they aren't you can easily speak to the manager. The allergen menu is on a tablet. Their fries can be cooked in a dedicated fryer. The gluten free buns were good and so was the chips and salsa.

Red Robin has a very user friendly website to help you avoid gluten & other allergens. Our waitress gave us a QR code. Scanned it with my phone. The website allows you to check ingredients you want to avoid & lists the items on the menu that you can eat. They offer gf buns, but I opted to have my burger protein style- on lettuce. I also ordered sweet potato fries. Everything was wonderful.

Love Red Robin and almost always have a great experience here BUT take your own GF/allergen menu...they no longer have printouts. They now have an iPad where they will let you look up the menu online, but it wouldn't load there or on the manager's phone, and since the menu changes so frequently, I had to play it really safe with my order...disappointing. Barring that experience, though, they are always very accommodating and friendly and it's so nice to get a burger and fries again!

Best in Springfield! Plus I finally found a spot where I can get a burger. GF buns are great and are not dry or "ricey". If anyone would like to know, they use Rich's brand buns. I still haven't looked for them online and I hope they are not distributor only.

Ordered gluten free hamburger. Explained to waitress they had to be careful. I was sick before I left the building. I have been VERY ill the rest of the day. Don't trust!

The best GF bun I've found! Very knowledgeable about celiac disease. When I crave a burger, this is where I go. Great patio seating in summer.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
