The food here is wonderful! I love that I can have a gf burger and gf fries! They have a gf fryer but you need to specify gf fries. There is a great selection of gf options. Food comes out marked gf with a purple toothpick. Never gotten sick here and have always had a great experience!

I’ve eaten at this location several times over the past 10 years of celiac and haven’t gotten sick here. They have GF buns for burgers and my food comes out marked GF. They can accommodate dairy free as well with no cheese. Fries can be made GF (they cook them separately from the main French fries so unless ordering a burger with a GF bun be sure to request GF fries). Staff are well trained on what is and is not GF. Good restaurant for kids.

Great bacon cheeseburger and fries Confusing GF menu on iPad Wheat and GF menus different, something is not right. I emailed them. Update- they said the fryer is gf because of the law that states less than 20 ppm is considered gf but they are not wheat free because the law is 0 ppm to be considered wheat free and they cannot guarantee that because of cross contamination.

Good food and fun place to hang out. I have reacted once out of over 12 visits so the reaction chance is low. If you are in the sensitive category and want to chance it the food is good. selection is decent as well.

Absolutely terrible staff. Young kids that are incompetent and irresponsible. Do not go there, they don't care.

Went there yesterday, selected "gluten" to avoid on their allergen menu, and ordered the nachos. When my food came out, I had chips and cheese with no toppings so the waitress went back to check things out. While she was gone, I noticed a noodle melted into my chips. So I grabbed the next waitress that went by and explained the situation. A few minutes later, my original waitress came back and informed me that her manager said the noodle was "OK" because it was a gf noodle (Red Robin does NOT have gf pasta), but they were making me a new set anyway. Then the manager came by and told me that the nachos were "gluten free but not wheat free," showed me how the nachos disappear as an option when you select both "wheat" and "gluten" on the allergen menu, and then continued to argue that the nachos were gluten free. Clearly there are issues with food prep and the management no longer has the knowledge that used to happen at this restaurant. I ended up not eating anything that day. So sad to have to cross this one off my list of places to eat.

3 strikes yer out!!!!!! Well, the service seems great- until you realize they arent listening to you at all. 3 times I've ordered food for pick up, as I live super close, and 3 times it was blatantly glutened after a lengthy conversation about how to make it gluten free! Once I had to go back because it was completely a gluten meal bum and all, another time they got the gluten free bun right but the french onion soup was made with the slice of bread instead of without, gluten free bun with the omitted onion rings-WITH ONION RINGS-- GRRRR!!!! It's at the point where I gotta think its in purpose.

Good service, but not safe. Ordered vegetables with hummus and asked for the bread on a different plate for my family to eat. Food came with bread on top of the vegetables, so I sent it back to get a safe meal. When the new food came, it appeared safe, but after eating nearly all the veggies, I found bread crumbs at the bottom. The chef did not make a new plate of food, he just took off the bread and rearranged the vegetables to make it look new.

Having celiac, what a pleasant surprise to find a great burger and fries place....the GF bun is made locally so it was fresh and delicious. Dedicated fryer for fries, "allergen alert" followed my order all the way through including on the printed receipt. Staff was knowledgeable, informed and made suggestions. Will definitely be back. Recently moved here so we were looking for a great burger place. My husband's choices on the regular menu were plentiful and food great.

I always love visiting any Red Robin because it can get a great burger on an awesome GF bun (just as good as any other bun!). They also offer fries in a dedicated GF fryer which is amazing! Staff is always friendly and very careful with allergies, I would highly recommend.

Great food! They truly cater to gluten free needs. I gave them 4 starts only because they only offer 1 GF beer, it is an apple cider. I want more of a real beer like Redbridge.

Have eaten here on several occasions. The service is knowledgeable regarding gluten free dining. The special menu has a variety of gluten free choices, there are other allergen menus as well. The fries are great and the bun is well worth the extra $1.00 if choosing a burger. Well worth a trip out.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
