Just found out all the oil gets filtered by the same filtering machine. So the oil used to fry gluten free fries and then the oil used for onion rings go through the same machine. So there is no way to avoid cross contamination once the filtered oil gets put back in the vat. The burgers are tasty though

last few times they were out of GF buns. we left and went somewhere else.
Server put in the system that there was a person in my party with celiac. The chefs obviously did not care. Within the fries (which can are supposed to be cooked in a separate frier) was an onion ring. Onion rings are not gluten free. The wait staff and management apologized, but did not seem to understand what celiac was nor the reactions. We educated them, thoroughly. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I love this place I've never been happier with food than when I eat here
I've always had really good success here. I stick with the Red Robin Tavern burger and GF fries and have never gotten sick. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and if you state it's an allergy they are very cautious. The GF food comes out on different plates. One time I noticed my plate was not different and asked and one of the runners brought the wrong plate. They get busy so be diligent but otherwise I've had great success here. Strawberry lemonade is the best sugar fix around!! Love it!!
This place is mostly great, but one time I got sick because the manager did not know anything about gluten, and I got sick. I think they hired a new one, and that is the only time I got sick there! Great restaurant
They sometimes don't have the most recent gluten-free menu printed, so get it off your phone if necessary. Most wait-staff bring you a to-go bag of gluten-free fries before you leave, which is great.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
