Review of Red Robin

Something once went wrong and my order (a burger with GF bun) ended up coming with a sauce on it that isn't gluten-free that I had asked to get removed.

The manager came out to check on me and apologized profusely, promising that he would find out why the mix up happened; and they remade the burger to be fully GF per my original order as quickly as possible.

Kind of frustrated that they didn't gift me the meal considering the mix up, but I will probably still go here because it seemed like a one-off situation.

PROS:

* gluten free buns are available; the burgers are delicious

* fries have a dedicated fryer

* unlimited fries come with your order

* iPads with food allergy menu information are available upon request

* plethora of additional GF options besides burgers, including salads and entrees

* many of the menu items can be modified to be 100% GF

CONS:

* relatively expensive burgers ($11-14 before tip)
