Yes they have a dedicated gf menu and even a separate fryer. But their staff are not trained on what to do. We had lunch there and immediately told our server about celiac, he seemed very knowledgeable. He took the order and assured us that it would be gf, the order was flagged as gf and he even spoke to the chef to confirm a sauce was gf. Mid meal a manager appeared to apologize and explain that there was a special gf menu and the sauce was not gf and they should not have taken the order. The process was not followed due to training issues and I got sick. Beware as they seem so good on paper.
No
Something once went wrong and my order (a burger with GF bun) ended up coming with a sauce on it that isn't gluten-free that I had asked to get removed.
The manager came out to check on me and apologized profusely, promising that he would find out why the mix up happened; and they remade the burger to be fully GF per my original order as quickly as possible.
Kind of frustrated that they didn't gift me the meal considering the mix up, but I will probably still go here because it seemed like a one-off situation.
PROS:
* gluten free buns are available; the burgers are delicious
* fries have a dedicated fryer
* unlimited fries come with your order
* iPads with food allergy menu information are available upon request
* plethora of additional GF options besides burgers, including salads and entrees
* many of the menu items can be modified to be 100% GF
CONS:
* relatively expensive burgers ($11-14 before tip)
one of the few places I feel like I don't have to worry about making sure the food is safe, just inform the staff and they will make sure all of your food is made safely.
Yes
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

Friendly allergen menu available online. I love getting their bacon burger in a lettuce wrap with their fries(just make sure to ask for them to be made in GF fryer!). Haven't gotten sick their yet(:
Yes
New gluten free menu is great. I can order french onion soup (with modifications) and chili now. Be sure to check gluten free app each time you order or ask for the Ipad. Some locations have better service than others.

By was just what I needed.
I love this place. Their gluten free buns are delicious and so are their lettuce wrapped burgers. Their fries are fantastic too and are cooked in their own fryer so there isn't risk of contamination from other fried foods. Yum
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
