They were so nice and happy to help. The manager came out and reviewed everything and answered all my questions. They have an allergy section in the kitchen, dedicated GF fryer , and label your meal with a flag indicating GF. The GF menu is a separate menu on an iPad. They went above and beyond and to do their best and I did not get sick. I have a cheeseburger with a GF bun and FF from the dedicated fryer. See photo.

First and last time at Red Robin worst experience ever trying to eat out

Used to be my go to place but after Covid I got sick eating here. After the 2nd time I didn’t feel safe eating here any longer.

We’ve eaten there dozens of times. We’ve also gotten take out quite a bit. But the last two times, my Celiac daughter has gotten violently ill from cross-contamination. I would no longer recommend

So disappointed as I would give our server five stars, because she was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We ordered strictly off the gluten free menu: guacamole, salsa, and chips for an app, the wedge burger (asked to cook on foil to avoid potential CC), and a side of black beans. Somehow most definitely cross contaminated, and I cannot afford to return.

Absolutely the best gluten free buns!!! Extremely friendly and very understanding of all 8 common allergens! Had no complaints about any extra questions I had! They have an amazing interactive menu in store and online for anyone with allergies. I personally enjoyed it so much that I drive 45 minutes to eat there 2 days in a row.

Watch out for the new gluten free menu. They don't consider wheat a gluten item. When you are ordering make sure you check wheat and gluten. The manager said that wheat was not gluten. He said gluten was something added to wheat.

The wait staff is very friendly and accommodating, and my daughter, who is very sensitive, has never gotten sick at this location.

Great for those with celiac disease! The Weggie burger was great and the fries are fried in a separate fryer than any floured dredged items. The restaurant is pricey, but this Celiac person was excited to be able to eat out and not get sick!

This place is astounding!! The waitress gave us the "Allergy IPad" and let us pick through the menu. The manager came out and informed us about the sensitivities. This place is very comforting as a being with cumbersome allergies.

This place is great! Staff is very friendly and aware of gluten allergies. They do everything possible to avoid cross contamination. I had the bacon cheeseburger on their gluten free bun and steak fries (they will cook your fries separate if need be, without their seasoned salt). Yummy!!! Love coming here!!!

Fantastic! The gluten free buns are excellent. When you tell the staff you have celiac disease they go out of their way to make sure no contamination happens. Wonderful experience every time.

Expensive for a burger joint. Nothing unique. Better values elsewhere.

red robin is wonderful with serving good gf foods! now when I want a burger I can even get the bun!

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
