Red Robin

I love this Red Robin's! I go there once every other week and my waiters Irene and Kim always remember me. They are very good with my allergy and make sure I am safe. Irene is great because she bring out seasoning packets and ketchup packets so I do not need to tough the bottles on the table. The fries are in dedicated fryers, just make sure to remind them of an allergy on refills if your waitor forgets. I'm just in there so often that they always remember my allergy fries.

Asked for burger on GF bun and “safe” fries in dedicated fryer. Server went back and forth with regular vs allergy fries. Pretty sure there was a contaminated fryer or request was ignored. SUPER sick less than an hour later. Welcome to California 🤮

BF has celiac. We hesitated to try it but all good! Everyone was very knowledgeable. They have a whole different area and tools for GF and a dedicated fryer. The GF menu is extensive and food comes out marked with a wooden stick. He did not get sick.

Yummmm! The only way to eat here is with a royalty card! Always specify if you have an allergy and not a preference. Love the bottomless fries! Especially with a side of ranch. Cheap date idea: share a burger! (If you're not that hungry). Request to have it split in half.

Very educated staff, always prints out a fresh gf menu. To Lauren's comment, I go to the menifee location a lot and they know what gluten free is and have there buns.

I went to the location in Menifee, and they didn't know what gluten free was, nor did they have a menu, and especially not buns. Is this location different?

so happy to have a burger with a gf bun AND fries. server was so knowledgeable, they identify with yellow baskets. manager came out to make sure everything was okay. can't wait to go back!

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
