Have given us sesame buns and said “it’s all gluten free!” Then you wait an additional 30 minutes for them to make 1 kids cheeseburger and all you get is “thanks for catching that”...

The Burger with the gf bun here is really good and the service was great

We have visited this particular location on several occasions. We like the gluten free bun options. I was initially put off that the on-table games automatically charged to the bill, but the staff was accommodating in removing charges. And subsequently, the kids love the at table games. Food is always prepared as ordered, tasty, without complaints. Service can vary, but we have lucked out with several very accommodating, friendly servers. Every visit, the manager has stopped by the table to see if our experience was as desired. Good fare, good service, we have enjoyed.

The iPad menu selection for gluten selection was great. Listed all items that are gluten free or how to make the item GF. The app works for other allergies also. Ask for the GF menu and the iPad will be delivered to the table. The waitress was very sufficient answering questions. They have a separate fryer for the fries. Did not try the GF bun had lettuce wrap instead. Royal Robin Burger was excellent, little messy with the lettuce wrap.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Cavalier, Pompous manager comes out. talking over us as we ask about G-free, telling us how wonderful their burgers are, and how 'i'll be wowed at the amazing bread....' gives us the ipad, tells us that its not responsive cause of poor internet in the area, so it may take longer than normal to look it over.... I order the grilled chicken w/ buffalo sauce, ask 4-5 times that the chicken and fries are safe. Again tells us how wonderful the staff is, Only to be brought breaded chicken... For him to tell me that shouldn't have been on the menu options....

Went there for my birthday and they were wonderful! The gf bun held up and the burger was delicious. They gave me an ice cream sundae and sang to me since I couldn't have their "birthday dessert". At 27 they even gave me a balloon. I felt like they really cared about me and what I was able to eat. And those refills on the strawberry lemonade... yum!!

They have an allergy menu just ask for it. Service was great and the gluten free burger was delicious. Had a wonderful time with the family and didn't worry about getting sick.

Good information on food "allergies", and what to order that's safe. Hamburger was good and service was decent.

Gluten free hamburger buns and dedicated fryer for fries (all you can eat). Great gluten free Bloody Mary's too.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
