I ordered a gf bun for my burger and my husband ordered a regular burger. When the food came I noticed my bun looked identical to my husbands. I waited for our waitress to come back, which by then everybody was almost finished eating, and inquired about the bun being gf and she pointed out that it looked the same as the other and took it and said she would check. She came back to say it was indeed a regular bun! So thankful I paid attention and asked! Then went to pay and was charged twice for mine. Called the waitress over and she immediately realized before I even said anything and went to take care of it and ended up not charging us for mine at all thankfully.

I eat here about once a month and I have always had a good experience. I make sure to let the waiter know it is an allergy and they maintain good safety precautions. I really appreciate having somewhere safe to eat with so many restrictions I have to follow.

The server was knowledgeable about cross contamination and made sure the kitchen knew. Gluten free buns and the dedicated fryer meant I was able to have a regular dinner along with everyone else.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Burger and fries. Gf bunch of course. Usually pretty good.

Told the waiter I’m severely allergic to gluten (celiac) and asked him questions how the food is prepared. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. Thank God I had my Nima Sensor. It detected gluten right away. I got upset and left to go to the bathroom. My dad told them to remake my food but I told him not to. Will not return. Broke my trust.

Stopped in for lunch. Great gluten free bun on a bacon cheese burger with gluten free fries. Perfectly cooked and they made sure my soda and fries stayed topped up.

If you only want a burger with no bun and no sides, this is your place.
The food is delicious and safe to eat! Very knowledgeable staff, and the GF menu is huge! Many options and all of them are delicious. 100% recommend

My Fiance and I often would go to Red Robin as a date night, even before we figured out it was gluten that was making me sick.
For about a year and a half it was one of my safe restaurants. However, recently I have not been to happy, from the one day there was hair in my fries as well as Macaroni on the bottom of my gluten free bun, to the day where everything seemed fine but I got super sick.

While I love that they have a GF menu, 4out of 5 times I've ate there the burger was burnt, dry, and completely nasty. I go hoping to have a good meal and end up disappointed every time.
Just ask for the gluten free menu. It's on an iPad and very easy to use.

I enjoy going here because even as a GF vegetarian, I can eat! I always get a grilled cheese and ask for an egg to be added, which is no problem for them. Love that I can have fries!! Have eaten here multiple times and not gotten sick.

Amazing. All of my food was cooked in a separate fryer.
Awesome! The buns are so wonderful and are specially made for Red Robin. I always take home 4 of the buns and freeze them for later. I have never had any digestive problems after eating there.

Great experience with their fancy schmancy iPad like devices they use for an allergen menu. It was nice to eat like a normal person.

I love this place, but I'm a burger person. It's nice to able to go somewhere fun & normal! I've been gluten free for about a year and have probably eaten here 10 times. The staff are all very knowledgable about gluten free menu items. The have a dedicated fryer for GF fries, just order without seasoning. Two thumbs up!
They have an amazing GF bun! It's a wonderful pick to eat when out with friends. Our server was very good and I did not get sick.
Great burger and served on a gluten free bun. Steak fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer I ordered without seasoning and they were delicious. Wow a normal meal!! Justin H. was my server on two different visits and he was superb. Thanks Red Robin keep up the good work.
The burger patty was okay and huge. More meat than I'm use to. Steamed broccoli was rubbery.
My favorite restaurant. Staff is well informed about gluten allergy and is very accommodating.
I found Red Robin while Christmas shopping, and it is now my favorite restaurant by far. The service is great, and they are very careful preparing my food. They even bring it out on a separate tray. Great hamburger and bun, not to mention bottomless fries. Makes me feel normal when eating out.
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
