We have had many good experiences here as a family. However, my 15 yr old son went to eat with another teen by himself for the 1st time and was served gluten (wheat battered and fried chicken) despite telling the server and mgr. he needed GF but was confused about their menu. He violently extremely ill for days. Their safety team response since has been extremely poor. Use caution.

The service was not great, the staff was not very attentive. When I asked if they had a gluten free menu, they said yes but then spent 10 minutes trying to find it and ultimately handed me a dirty iPad with their website's interactive allergen menu on it. The server assured me multiple times that they use a dedicated fryer for the french fries and said he would put an allergen notice on the ticket, which I appreciated. However, I didn't feel great after dinner. I will note that I also helped my young daughter with her pizza and was not as judicious about washing my hands as I should have been. I'm a new Celiac and so I'm still trying to figure out my level of sensitivity, but I will probably not order the fries again.
They have a dedicated fryer for "allergies." It is one of the only places we can go for fries!!

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.

Endless fries is more like an endless gluten nightmare. I have to say stay away if you have a gluten intolerance or celiac.

The gluten free bun was really good. I've tried many different gluten free buns and they all taste bland but this one tasted pretty close to real bread. Or at least I think it did. The burger itself was amazing and so were the bottomless fries. I highly recommend this place for gluten free eaters.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
