Came here with my teen after leaving Nashville. We went around 5pm and there was only a couple of people there. I figured it was because of the time, but after our visit, I’m fairly certain it is due to the service and quality of the food. We haven’t been to a RR in a few years and so we asked for a GF menu. The hostess had to go ask. She explained it was on the table in the tablet. We found it eventually but it was tedious. A server finally came to take our drink order, that took her time to bring. We ordered and she really was of no help menu wise and stated she’s never taken the time to review the allergen menu but should. She did say she would be alerting the kitchen of allergies even though I didn’t prompt her. The food came out and the presentation was sad. We recalled getting a basket of fries that was refilled but we only received them alongside of our burgers. We gave the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they handled the food differently now for allergies. Unfortunately we were never offered more despite the tablet post meal questionnaire asking if we were. We didn’t get sick from the meal but for the money and time, I would have rather gone elsewhere.

Giving 4 stars but only two hearts for safety because the server took things seriously and had them remake my kid’s food when they came out with gluten buns. He showed us that he entered the order correctly and flagged for an allergy. Appreciate him! The kitchen needs to be retrained because if we wouldn’t have caught this then our kids would have been very sick.

Staff members familiar with celiac and offer GF bun (especially at the bar). Enjoyed the tavern burger with steak fries with no adverse effects nor symptoms or discomfort. Recommend caution with toppings and sauces…etc. overall a pleasant lunch with GF wine and a burger.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Separate GF menu, GF burger bun, helpful staff.

Great GF options, even a GF bun or lettuce wrap
Just ask them to tinfoil wrap your burger and ask for gluten free fries or any other side.
Staff is very knowledgeable no worries of cross contamination here
Yes
I have to be gluten free and this is one of my favorite places to go for their gluten free options. All the staff is very knowledgeable about their foods and what I can consume. They also are more than happy to accommodate my dietary needs without judging me. They cook everything that is gluten free seperate from their gluten products. I have never had a reaction to their foods and the gluten free stuff doesnt even taste gluten free!!
Yes
Gluten fiendly. Be sue to tell your server. And yes....they have a dedicated gluten free fryer so we too can enjoy bottomless fries or sweet potato fries. Lettuce wedge wrapped burgers thoughtfully come in an aluminum foil wrap for mess freeeating. Server was knowledgeable. Good service too!
Red Robin's gluten-free burger is fantastic. I also like the fact that they fry their fries in a separate fryer than that of the others (ask for gluten free fries, or gluten free sweet potato fries). They also have a gluten free mayonnaise, ketchup, as well as some other condiments.
My gluten free burger was amazing and thought it was great that they had dedicated fryers. The wait staff was very helpful and caring towards my celiac. Will definitely be going back often.
This was the first place I went to after being diagnosed. Have been there 5 or 6 times in the 6 months that have followed and have never had a bad experience. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have dedicated fryers and their gf buns are awesome!

Staff was very careful and knowledgeable, I had a great experience.
Red Robin now has udi gluten free buns for those who want to enjoy their burgers!
Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
