Red Robin

I have been going here for years, over 20 times. Always great food with gluten free buns and French fries. Check out the web site or app for a full gluten free menu. The only mistake they have made is to once use a non gluten free bun. Fortunately, the gluten bun has seeds on it and the gluten free one does not, so it is easy to spot the error.

They do have gluten free menu. We ate here couple times it was good. Today we ordered gluten free 2 burgers for my son as kids meals are a bit small for him. He ate the first burger tasted like usual ate it all. took one bite from the second burger and he said this is not gluten free. We called the host and they confirmed they made a mistake. They brought us a new one gluten free. I get that mistakes happen. But I would have expected them to give that meal for free as an apology but they didn’t. If u go please double check with them when they bring ur order that it is gluten free.

Poor service. Long wait. Glad we double checked that the food they brought out was gf, bc the first plate they brought to the table was not. (And they acted like it was ridiculous for me to even ask!). Everyone in our party has sworn off Red Robin due to this experience at the Northridge Red Robin. (Not celiac friendly due to their carelessness)

Great food and great service. They have a great deal of choices (including gluten free buns) and prepare gluten free items in a separate area and have a dedicated fryer.

We have been twice now, the staff addressed any allergies. The cauliflower pizza is amazing. I understand the huge risk of cross contamination and I’m quite sensitive.. however I had no problems with their pizza both times we went! Will come back again!

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that
