Red Robin

I ordered gluten allergy meal, got the purple stick showing GF. My salad had a small soggy crouton in it. Called the manager and she comped the entree and gave us a $20 gift card. So we ended up spending $80 on the rest of the meal for me to be sick. Unfortunate but I guess they tried? We frequent Red Robin due to their claim they use different oil, etc for gluten allergy requests. I don’t think I’ll come back here, I’m still undecided on other Red Robin’s.

I’ve eaten here twice since diagnosed in September. Employees are knowledgeable and the food is fantastic! And I’ve not gotten sick

We come here often with 2 daughters who have celiac. They love that they can get fries (dedicated fryer) and a good burger here. They always bring out the GF buns and fries with a purple stick in them so we know they are correct. The girls haven't gotten sick after eating here since ordering GF.

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out

My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.
