I ordered gluten allergy meal, got the purple stick showing GF. My salad had a small soggy crouton in it. Called the manager and she comped the entree and gave us a $20 gift card. So we ended up spending $80 on the rest of the meal for me to be sick. Unfortunate but I guess they tried? We frequent Red Robin due to their claim they use different oil, etc for gluten allergy requests. I don’t think I’ll come back here, I’m still undecided on other Red Robin’s.
